Here are the simple terms of the return policy. In order for a return to be processed, you must submit the following three things to the Florida Bookstore located at 1614 W. University Avenue: Completed Refund Application form (available on next page) Receipt of purchase gatorNotes packet and flash cards Refunds must be submitted on Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm within 7 days of the purchase date. Student must have GatorOne ID present when submitting the return. Refunds will be issued by gatorNotes, Inc. via U.S. mail within 7 days. NO RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE FBS VOLUME II LOCATION.  I have read and agree to the terms and conditions for submitting a return.
